What makes a Character a Brave Character
90% of the time... POISE
5% of the time... Killers that are ass in PvE areas such as Captain/Espada/Squad 0/Sternriter Killer
Though that alone doesn't guarantee them to be above A Tier, just means they were made for Brave Battles (and fall from grace)

More than a year and still dominating every single event in BBS. Aizen is complete monster!
Yeah we got so many broken characters but none of them usefull as much as Aizen. He is always one of the best of any events, Arena, PvE, PvP, GQ, Co-op...
I completely agree with you he's a monster even though being 1 year old and with so many op characters coming out he's still holding his own and definitely top 5 units in the game
I’ve fought against some 7th anni Ichigo’s whose passive status ailments proc right at the beginning of the battle. You also forgot about Ginrei, (20% DR, ranged flurry, paralysis) who is pretty good.

Brave battles need a rework of some kind its a freaking joke that I can't get past rank 4 because every team past that point is max transcendent kenpachi, tsukashima, and yama.
Yeah its a joke like that. Some people spend 10k orbs just to pull the same char 5 times.

Ichigo Artworks is one of the best SP for pvp, he has killer SR (he oneshots kuruyashiki, kenpachi, aizen) and no affiliation (yhwach) and also he has the quickest strongs so he attacks before than anyone else and always deals a lot of damage.
only if hes 5/5. Aizen has frenzy +2 so its actually better for hits. I tried my 4/5 artwork and it wasnt as effective as 5/5 aizen

daddichigo at MT t20 is actually extremely viable (as much as aizen imo) due to having read soul reaper dodges as most people will run +15% dodge on their nad characters and sometimes a dodge/dr link too. having ur sp character hit their spA is extremely important for consistent winstreaking and he has a boost which lets him fit two roles allowing him to not be completely useless against bb invincible characters.
I thought the read dodge mechanic is a totally different mechanic
@@H_B_. I can't be 100% sure because the "read sr dodges" skill doesn't pop up when it activates but from the past month of using daddichigo in pvp I haven't seen aizen's "dodge sr 50%" pop up when ichigo is hitting him
7th anni ichigo and safwy kisuke both made me win match where i would've lost because of having paralysis
I never thought about brave battle metas cause I never get past like 7th or 6th seat and forget to play it like at all.
Getting back into the game. So I have Yhwach and Tsukichima from ss tier as well as Askin, Kenpachi, Nnoitora, Chad and Ichibe from s tier. My question is, how do I set them up? Any help is greatly appreciated!
I feel like ywach is the beginning of countering def builds. My askin beats him if he doesn't get that 80% nad buff after that I'm not winning 😬
Where would a hybrid character like Ryuken Ishida (Lost Agent/Adult) Version be placed on the tier list? His soul trait allows him to take -20%dmg. His strong attacks are lacking as far as damage but his normal attacks have range and hit hard.
Would be grateful for any player with experience to help me in choosing a character to main in PvP. Thanks in advance!
Personally I use Yhwach who has 45 total link slots and is 1/5 but can still get 40k hp and 3k+ damage with a low stam boost, 6th anni aizen who is max link slotted, pierce barrier and full stam damage boost and is 3/5 being attack 10, sp 10 and stamina 10. Finally I have my baby kuryashiki who is only 2/5 but is 20 tran and full link slotted with last ditch and low stam damage boost, I can get him to 60k hp which is insane!!!
Why you put stamina instead of focus in 6th anni aizen? He ie a god in pve and you just use him as q pvp character?
@@bidoof4426 aizen does so much damage in pve even if u don't have a focus slot in for him it doesn't matter.

Yeah I think personally kenny needs a disgusting nad character based on him during tybw, we already have safwy kenny who is fucking fantastic, we have 2 kenny’s that are good for pvp now too and it’s getting boring

Should I use anni aizen (1/5) over a anni uryu (5/5)? I already invested a lot in my Uryu so I don't really want to invest in another character

So, I need a bit of advice for my PvP team.
Currently using 5/5 WeaKen, 3/5 Tsukishima and 1/5 Kenpachi (Mind).
Just recently got a 2/5 Yhwach. Should I replace Tsukishima or WeaKen for him?
Of course. Replace Tsukishima with Yhwach, he is a better character in terms of tanking, NAD and booster (he provides 43% -> 33% of Tsukishima's SA2).
Aaroniero. Is there a list of what bonus skills we should be giving what top character once we get link slots to 15 or 20? I am new and finally have a few at 15/15/15 (a bunch at 10), but I have not set a single extra/bonus skill yet because I am afraid to set the wrong one (a useless one). Any help? My current list is Anni Aizen, Uryu, Ichigo, new Aizen and Yama. Or if anyone else in the comments knows please feel free to share. Thanks!
For most characters:
- Full Stamina Damage is a must.
- Weaken Defense if you're using said character in GQ and/or Epic Raids
- Long Stride for PvE (long stride is also pretty fun to just play around with)
- Status Ailment Resistance for GQ or IT if you don't want to be inflicted with status ailments.
For PvP characters:
- Dodge
- Pierce Barrier
- Start Barrier
- Last Ditch Survival
You can always change your bonus abilities if you're not happy with what you have or if you just want to change it to match the content you're up against.

And i was leaning toward the full stamina damage but I just did not know if a char already had it if there are diminishing returns and I also know some chars are missing what people consider key skills so I wanted to be sure none of the ones I mentioned specifically were not needing anything specific (I always hear things like "if they only game this car this skill he would be perfect" so I was thinking there might be a best one for certain chars as i do not like changing things like this often).

1/5 T15 SAFWY Yamamoto (decent items)
I’ve been using Kenny, Yhwach, and Tsukishima. Should I substitute Yama with one of these guys since two have enhancer, and 1 Yama is apparently invincible?

Neither are really worth it, just save orbs until you can get better pvp characters.

he wont live enough till yamas invincibility lasts unless you give him full defense build but i never tried this so i wouldnt know
@@bigmokdad he's a mind captain killer and I am planning to make him full def. He might be able to counter Yama. I won't use him though until I roll 3* Def on him.

Ichibei is for brave or Espada GQ. Tenjiro for everything else

He can be, in the lower ranks, it doesn't matter if you follow this list, as long as the enemies aren't invincible, anyone with fast strong attacks are going to win.

So it seem the Brave Battle team is irrelevant unless you have a team of 5 of 5's
I have 1 of 5 Yhwach that's 20/20/20, with level 10 attack, and he is absolutely worthless, and I highly doubt he's any better 5 of 5, besides Tsukishima, and Jugram, Yhwach the worst Brave Battle focused character, Kuruyashiki is absolutely broken, and I don't fight team that have him, and would recommend others do the same, he's a complete unfair environment, for teams that are completely comprised of brave battle focused characters that is, obviously if you don't have a team of Brave Battle focused characters, it's unfair regardless, but Kuruyashiki at 1 of 5, 10/10/10, is destroying teams, of max transcend triple 20 Yamamotos, Yhwach/Tsukishima/Jugram and Kenpachi's, it's ridiculous.
Because there's no skill involved, and you just kinda have to hope you win, because not even assessing your opponents characters and their equipment or build is a guarante enough you'll win, not even killer or attribute advantage matters 99% of the time, I would recommend to anybody to always try to have a 3 to 1 advantage, so to speak, in other words keep refreshing until you find the people you absolutely can beat, just remember going off of the power alone isn't enough, you could fight someone that has 19K power, and they'll absolutely mop the floor with your max transcend triple 20 team.

Can someone tell me what an sp character is
SP or Spiritual Pressure (the purple icon you see on a unit's stats). It's meant to classify units that do more damage with their strong attacks. You can tell if a unit is an SP character by levelling them up and seeing if their SP is higher than the ATK stat, or by looking at their skill list and checking if they have Frenzy, Havoc, etc.

@@linlucas491 - Also keep in mind that some chars are the one mentioned in this video and are really neither SP nor NAD. (NAD and SAD are the terms people tend to use, "Normal Attack Character" and "Strong Attack Character"). The Brave Battles ones usually have more attack like a NAD but tend to have closer stats (sometimes almost the same NA as SA). So jsut be careful you do not confuse a BB char for a NAD one (you'll get the hang of it over time).
Oh and as the other person said, SAD chars need SP/Spiritual Pressure and Strong Attack boost style accessories and as for links they need Strong Attack Recharge and Strong Attack Damage links as their base ones. As for NAD chars they need Attack and Focus Accessories (also these are the chars people use Chappy accessories on as SP is not needed for a NAD char) and of course for links they need Normal Attack Damage boosting links.

For SP. U can add arena momo too . And azashiro to counter anniaizen.
I disagree with Momo and Azashiro. Both have arrancar killers (rarely anyone uses arrancars), and while Azashiro also has hollow killer and dodge to counter Aizen, there isn't any other top tier hollow unit for him to be useful against. Also Bruno is already in the list.
@@Payuki_ try it. Aizen's Sa2 on azashiro instantly kills aizen with multiple dodge counter dmg outside of him and some espada if he survived 3 seconds.. Also 5/5 SP unit with good added bonus trait with frenzy and pierce barrier pretty much kills anyone without invulnerability. Momo can work as well for ppl that don't have good units coz she is range with burn, god kit, poise along with a rare barrier and heal.
@@CannonAbuser I know that Azashiro solos Aizen, but that's it. Since he or Momo don't have soul reaper or captain killer, they can only do so much against units like Kenny or Kuruyashiki, who normally have 20% DR links, dodge, and last-ditch built in. There are also units that have prevent healing as a bonus ability and everyone has pierce barrier, so Momo's SA2 isn't 100% reliable. There's a good reason that the SP list only has soul reaper/captain killers. However, TYBW Power Yamamoto is an exception because of how broken his DPS is.
Hot take I still think kuruyashiki is the best pvp character
