What prepared meals would you recommend?
Good shouting out the Frontera bowls. I haven’t had one in years (I stopped seeing them at a local store and never had a Costco membership) but they were always so good. A little pricey, even back in 2018, but for a frozen food the taste was extremely fresh. And fairly healthy as well. If you find them, snatch them up.
I was a bit let down here. The way the title sounds I thought it was going to be meals that Costco prepared for sale, not things you can get at any grocery store.
With that in mind, the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, I think, are pretty good. The one that I buy the most of is the sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant. The way I cook them, they do not come out as bad as they say they do. I separate all the parts, put the cheese on the side and put the croissant , egg patty and sausage patty on a plate with paper towel and nuke for 30 secs. Then I put the croissant in a toaster and nuke the sausage and egg for about 30 secs at a time, turning over each time. at the end I'll add the cheese for about 15 secs. I'll butter the croissant when it comes out of the toaster and then assemble it back up and it's so good, not over cooked and the croissant is soft, light and fluffy. Really tastes great.
My son loved and love's the Hot pockets and Marie Calendars pot pies the chicken one's are always my favourite 😊 good review 👍🏻👍🏻
Homemade breakfast,sandwiches is the best way to go, and fresh food will get though the day.
Why is this titled Costco prepared meals? These products are available at almost every store that offers groceries??

They're not fine dining but I'll have to disagree with the "NO" verdict on the Jimmy Dean Sausage/Egg/Cheese croissant. The biggest mistake is heating them without wrapping them. Each one should be wrapped in a single paper towel and then turned half-way through the process. The sausage IS the over processed and extruded one that McDonalds uses, the egg has an egg taste but no redeeming value on it's own, and the cheese.... It's not as oily as Kraft American singles (regular American, not the Deli variety - less oil) so that's a plus. Separately they may not measure up but all together they make a filling and tasty breakfast when you don't have time to cook from scratch.

Dont know what happened but marie calender's chicken pot pie is so bland now. Got a big box from costco and was disappointed
Pre-sooked, canned or frozen meat just disappoints!
The chicken bake is Under-rated as fuck...same with the frozen Costco brand mini pizzas.
their rotisserie chicken is the absolute worst. 0 seasoning
I buy the Marie Callendar pot pies for my Golden Retriever! She LOVES them a few times a week as a treat. Spare me with the “It’s not good for her… the sodium blah blah blah…” because she also licks her butt! 😂
How is this Costco "PREPARED MEALS" if you review frozen meals you find at most grocery stores!? You cant get Kirkland chicken bakes at wallll mrt but u can get hot pockets anywhere. Come on mashed I expect better!
