When i make the hip line a have 23 cm (hip96/4+3-4) then i make a waist line 24,25 cm (waist 71/4 +6 +0,5) so it is longer than hip line-is that ok? Maybe you have less cm in waist :)
Hi I was reading the comments. I couldn’t stop myself to clarify your problem about hip and waist measurement. She mentioned that hip measurement /4 + 3 or 4(3 for fit or 4 for loose) it means for your measurement you should take (96/4+3 or 4)= 27 or 28.
I don’t understand if the back and front of end of the pants it’s the same measurement, if the width it’s the same. Maybe I need to watch another video.

It's not wrong, you can draw the line straight from the waist point to the bottom.hope you understand what I write. English is my 2nd language😅🥰

It means, Hip/4 +(3cm or 4cm) depending on how tight or loose you want the fit to be.
