It's just a reskin of Rc pro am with Mario characters...

I think it would've made more sense to reskin Famicom Grand Prix: F1 Race and Famicom Grand Prix II: 3D Hot Rally, since not only were those games from a perspective more closer to SNES Mario Kart, but also because those 2 games already had Mario as the protagonist, its just that only one of them actually has him in gameplay, but in the first game its only implied that he is in the game through artwork material.

The NES hack is silly. It's a direct copy of RC Pro Am on NES except the player sprites have been changed. That barely qualifies as a hack.
