Is Rado underrated? 🤔
One thing no ones mentioned is that all those high end luxury watches will have to be worn very carefully as not to scratch or knock them, causing scratch anxiety, whereas the rado captain Cook ceramic you wont need to worry any more making it wearable every day for any use. It looks fantastic and very high end also. I particularly like the black version of this with the rubber strap.
I own a Tissot Seastar 1000 quartz, and it is by far my favorite watch in my collection. I wear it every day to work and when I go out. I get tons of compliments on it!
The Captain Cook bezel and crystal slope angle reminds me of the Breitling Superocean Heritage 57'. The Blancpain Fifty Fathoms has a similar architecture too.

If its a Rado its a must Like. As a child I always see rich and famous used to wear. DIastar remain my fav and get complimented a lot. Love their fancy shine and materials. I always seek Rado reviews. Just bought one. Rado remain true to their heritage of making fancy watches. Owning one in US, means it a rare since not many people own one. Rado used to rule watch market in Asia Europe Middle Eastern. Still so much competition and they remain loyal bringing likable watches.
Its such a contrast. Rado is quite inspirational in South Asia. Due to over the rood taxation in this region, most of the other watched in the higher end remain unaffordable

My favourite Tissot (that I own) is the blue PRX, can’t wait to get the OEM leather strap when they sell separately. But favourite overall is the Blue PRX Chronograph.
Favourite Tissot is the Visodate Seaster PR516 from the 60s
I own two tissot watches, a black and a blue T-Race. My favorite Tissot is the Seastar 2000... beautiful watches, tool watches with great looking dials and they are great value. Great bang for buck. Love Tissot.
I love a Tissot PRX Ice Blue. Recently ordered a Rado Captain Cook 42mm in grey with 3 straps, lovely in the flesh. I was looking at the equivalent Oris models and the Rado is much nicer side by side for me.
My favourite has to be the green Gentleman Silicium P80. What a stoater of a timepiece 👌
The Gentleman Powermatic Silicium 80 with the green dial is the one for me. Dressy and sporty however you like it.
I'm one of the ones who really likes larger watches (I'm a G-Shock type of person) and this one, with it's strikingly good looking design with that ceramic material is exactly my type of watch.
As for the Tissot give away, for sure, my favorite Tissot is the "Gentleman" (specifically, the Powermatic 80 with the green dial and the white cross hairs - Product Code: T127.407.11.091.01)
And, of course, the wrist shot: I'm rockin' my titanium Boldr Venture (Sand Storm).

Best Tissot is my own Seastar 2000ft powermatic 80 a Dive watch with all the features of the Deepsea and Omega Planet Ocean, water resistance and helium escape valve, ceramic bezel saphire crystal but at a price you can actually take diving. I added a Strap Tailor rubber quick release strap. Job done.

Love the new Panda Tissot PRX Chronograph
Rado are a brand that maybe doesn’t get the plaudits they deserve. Great video on my wrist is an Omega 300 Seamaster in blue on a steel bracelet. I must invest in a NATO strap yours looks brilliant and i I’m sure it must be more comfortable on the wrist during the summer months.

It looks like Tissot stole the show on this video! Can you review the new Rado Captain Cook Chronograph? That watch looks really nice, but how is it £1000 more than the Longines Spirit Chronograph? The 3 straps and ceramic bezel? Although it not COSC and not a silicon balance spring.

What have Rado done using an hour hand like that. The seiko equivalent is one of the main reasons of complaint regarding the style and aesthetics. Otherwise a nice watch but that hand is a deal breaker for me, ugly!!
Rado for some reason just doesn’t do it for me…..never had the desire to pull the trigger on one. Captain cook is their best line…..
