  • Disc brakes not working? In this video Jamie shows you how to give your discs a once over to make sure they're stopping you to the best of their ability. We'll cover cleaning the pads and the rotors, swapping the brakes between levers, and bleeding the brake system to give a firmer feel.

I'm about to give up, I have new pads and disks, both are compatible. But for some reason brakea do not brake properly, as long as there's aome weight and momentum pads will just slide on the disk.
I have edjuated brakes too ofc, I'm going to try tightening brakes they are very lightly touching the disk, if that doesn't work, I'm just going to take my bike to shop, honestly it does need adjustment for shifters too.
I would be willing to learn that, but if I cant even handle mechanical disk brakes, why bother.

When you're finished bleeding and you remove the syringe, the time that you leave it open until you put the screw back in is that putting more air back into the system the longer you take to put the screw back in? Or not so much?
