Could be wrong but I think it might be powered by kinetic energy, so you must move the watch around(walk with it on) in order for it to keep functioning. Some watches I've bought in the past run off kinetic energy. But I could be wrong.

The dial is not broken, it says in the Ralph Christian manual in the box that you have to wind it up 20 times for the dial to continue to work efficiently. I had this problem too and I thought I wasted money even though the quality is amazing. But now I have absolutely no problems, wind up the dial 20 times and this problem will be a thing of the past

I have the same Watch from a Company in the UK, called Lord Timepieces, this particular model is called the Bolt. I paid £57=$70 over a year now and it still works fine but l do alternate my watches, l never wear a watch more than a week and that is the absolute maximum, most times l change my watch every 2-3 days.l also keep my watch in a case and my Bolt looks great on my wrist.

Chinese made automatics are just a matter of chance. They are definitely not for daily use as they have disposable movements comprising of many plastic parts which wear out quickly. Be prepared to buy such watches mainly for the case and the belt! Ultimately, you may have to replace it with an Indian movement, if you do love the styling very much.
Great looking watch, we have found self winding $100 -$200 watches aren’t reliable time keepers, having said that we haven’t had one sop like yours. Hope you can get a replacement. Our Invicta watch can be wound as well as self winding but looses time each day. The battery watches seem more accurate.
I wish I had time to collect watches...maybe I'm still saving and dreaming for a rolex..but I still prefer simple and classy watches...I like your CK watch tho!!

I Got the Otus gold as an Christmas gift. When i recieved it, it was fine had No problems with it What so ever. Then one Day later the watch stops working frequently. With just a shake with my wrist Its starts to work again, But then i have to reset my clock every time it stops working. Very dissapointed with the quality of the watch. Is there somehow that i Can prevent this from happening?
Wind the watch using the crown. Do this about 30 times give or take, until you feel some resistance, then wear the watch as normal and it will charge it further during the day. I too received an Otus Black for Xmas, wound it 40 times on Christmas morning and have worn it since, only taking it off at night times, still going strong and working fine. Just every two days or so, remember to wind the watch, as it’s automatic
MavericK Vlogs Wow, perhaps a mechanical issue with your watch in particular. I haven’t had any such issues as of yet with mine, I last wound the watch about two days ago and it’s still keeping the time well. Hopefully you can get it corrected or a replacement watch.
I have three of these, and the issue is simply solved by winding it by hand, automatic watches are made to sustain power not deliver it, if you don't wind it by hand every few days then sometimes it will just run out of power, its a really easy fix.

These types of watches need to get rewinded, that’s there power if u don’t do it that’s what happens it stops cuz it doesn’t have any energy reserved, and yes it does have self wind and stuff, bit that’s so it can have a little more time to run, u have to rewind and it should work again, watch a video on how to do it

They buy them for £15 a piece from aliexpress and get a logo put on them. If you search skeleton watch on aliexpress it comes up at the top. Ralph christian, exec watches, klein watches and lord timepieces all use the same supplier of watch from aliexpress
The KLEIN Automatic hour work has an energy reserve to keep it running (24 hours). Note that there are two different automatic timepieces: 1. Mechanical - the movement will cause the second hand to move in a smooth sweeping motion. The watch requires manual winding to operate. 2. Automatic - kinetic energy from the wearer's wrist is transferred automatically to drive the mechanism inside the watch. Our watches contain the Mechanical movement stated above. That means that even if you don't move your wrist or take of the watch, the movement will continue to run on kinetic energy reserve. At the same time this also means that the timepiece does not respond to the movements of the wrist. The moment the energy reserve runs out, the watch must be rewound.
In my opinion even if you spend a small amount of money on a watch it should last longer than a month. I find buying online is getting a bit scary, the marketing is sometimes amazing and the product is bad.

The KLEIN Automatic hour work has an energy reserve to keep it running (24 hours). Note that there are two different automatic timepieces:
1. Mechanical - the movement will cause the second hand to move in a smooth sweeping motion. The watch requires manual winding to operate.
2. Automatic - kinetic energy from the wearer's wrist is transferred automatically to drive the mechanism inside the watch.
Our watches contain the Mechanical movement stated above.
That means that even if you don't move your wrist or take of the watch, the movement will continue to run on kinetic energy reserve. At the same time this also means that the timepiece does not respond to the movements of the wrist. The moment the energy reserve runs out, the watch must be rewound.

brother this is not fault these are wind watches mean you need to wind this watch twice a day to work perfectly these are not fully automatic watches

In my opinion even if you spend a small amount of money on a watch it should last longer than a month. I find buying online is getting a bit scary, the marketing is sometimes amazing and the product is bad.
