Entire UPSC module should be relooked... Cause once on filed these kids would face situations which would require temperament not bookish knowledge. Questions asked is important but need more focus should be firmness, decisiveness and overall persona.

Economically jyada developed has nothing to do with UPSC preparation. There are hundreds of examples where people from higher section of the society as well as the lower section of the society have cracked the exam with flying colors.

One important question ....in the real interview...how do we know how the interview panel has been selected and whether they are free of castiest bias or have corrosive mentality towards certain regional or caste candidates ?? ....as everybody knows Varna system has been a big failure in India and Hindu religion ... As post implementation of Varna system in India post 9th or 10th century AD , there has been no great invention or discovery in india due to the clear cut murder of talent and abilities done by Varna system ( profession based on birth rather than ability ) ... And rendered India backward and open to slavery ....But this system is still in works at positions of power and influence...shame ....
The central/state boards constituted by the Government of India are testing the students’ abilities of the primary school, secondary school, higher secondary/intermediate, NCVT, and SBTET and awarding certificate to concerned student after qualified. It is standard and common practice in India. Accordingly the ability of the old &new UG&PG students should be tested/reviewed and should be approved by the concerned government of India statutory educational councils/boards. The boards must be provided the degree validity certificate to the concerned qualified students for assurance about worthiness of the degree holder, for the employment in the Indian organisations including private. if any student not qualified ability tests, then the university must return the total fees of the concerned not qualified UG & PG degree holder because the students are being consumers of the education in this country. The abilities of old and new UG&PG degree holders were not tested and certified by the concerned government of India statutory educational councils in india for the purpose of posts and services in Indian organisations including private.
Ss....in written exams we have to write answers only in english or hindi....but in interview if we want, we can able to choose our language in which we are comfortable...
When she opens the door it is unnecessary to wait and holding the door till it closes. It will automatically closes in a smooth movement. She does not know the basic thing.
