This will be my first attempt with PSIR optional same as her and my parents too were from Bihar and later shifted to NCR same as her. I have also done my graduation from DU in PSIR and hope that I too qualify the paper and secure a good rank same as her. Her answer on the Reservation was so precise and her knowledge base is so wide that it is giving me motivation to work even harder.

From notification to interview the bias of upsc towards women can be seen clearly, they want to increase women in upsc as only 25 to 30% women clear it only overall so giving backdoor more marks to women in interviews than what they actually deserve, otherwise I can tell you so much more capable and better male candidates who deserve rank 1 but doesn't get, that's why when practical work on ground is taken into consideration men flourish whereas to make more women enter upsc these people are giving them more marks inspite of them being not deserving 😄😄 laughable but on serious note people suffer when we have practically incapable civil servants on ground who are not that deserving.
