So one second it said select subject. Then it cuts to a new screen that says generative fill. I see the select subject but it outlines the whole subject how do I get to highlight my own target?
@@ryankowalik7904 click and hold the selection tool and you’ll have different options available. It sounds like yours is defaulting to the subject selection tool. Try the lasso selection or magnetic lasso tool.

you didn't show how to add the noise from step 1?
select the layer(s) of generative fill content. Filter > Noise. I keep it around 2.0. I explain at 03:31
I didn't see information about lightroom.
But can you remove hair from the face that effectively?
Sometimes. But clone stamp tool would be better at the moment.
