I am creating a wiki system that is pretty much like MediaWiki/Wikipedia and want to store page files, in what type of blob container of the 3 types would I store these pages in?
If i send a csv file from SAP to Azure , is there a specific way that SAP needs to send the file in order for Azure to understand the BLOB or the setting needs to be in Azure ?

The idea of blob storage is to move away from CRUD, if you want to manage blobs inside Postgres, I suggest creating a table with two columns: primary key (eg. GUID), and the second column is a compressed deserialized JSON string of the blob
You don't put tables in blobs, you put items in a blob, e.g. a user record. Then to retrieve, each blob is given a URI, we can also apply security to these URIs by using SAS tokens.
No, sorry thats a bit confusing there, I should of just said "one container". Basically a container is LIKE a data table that stores any type and number of items. Remember containers are not typed, thats the big difference, in NoSQL we don't care about types.

File storage is also used to store different types of files in a share. What is the difference between blob and file storage mechanism ?

why a blob type is needed in php to store a salt ? it won't work if type is text or varchar.
