    You know what. I just can’t. I’m like near tears. She’s talked about all of the sensory issues and whatnot the kids have. My son is vaccine injured and when his injury first happened I was a single mom. Her grocery bill in a week is what I made every two weeks. And I remember crying, and writing detailed menus for the week and then making my grocery list. Because my son couldn’t have sugar and dye. It made his sensory and regulation issues so much worse. What I would have done to have been able to have that kind of money to feed him what he needed. I did my best. And I went without meals a LOT so he could have healthy supportive food. This woman makes me angry.

    • @9eyeswideopen
      @9eyeswideopen 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      @tiff1681 exactly she makes everything she says a real fast. I left a comment the other day, asking if Josh being a coach was ever concerned about the amount of sugar intake? Because I know my son’s is very strict about eating healthy and limiting the amount of sugar they have. One of her Stan’s replied: what about all the fresh veggies and fruit you bought? These kids are very active. Needs all kinds of goodies to recharge😵 Talk about crazy.
      I can only imagine when they are older and out by themselves. How are they going to support the eating habits they used to? Not to mention everything else materially they are given

    I have Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and I definitely get a lot of anxiety and feel uncomfortable when others around me are drinking, even if it's just at a gathering.
    It just brings back the not so good memories of my Birth Mom. Thankfully I live with my amazing Nana and she very rarely has a occasional drink. I'm thankful that I'm not around others who constantly are drinking. It's hard that these kids have to go through that.

    Dad Podcast - Krusteaz sells a basic muffin mix where you can add fresh fruit to make it healthier.
    My mother and siblings have drinking problems. They add macchiato to hide the alcohol smell in certain alcoholic beverages. So she needs extra.
    Nevaeh is a foster child who has not been adopted.
    She is buying frozen pancakes for Breakfast and claims to make breakfast every morning. So I guess that she is not really making breakfast.
    Uncrushable is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. You take two slices of bread and spread creamy peanut butter on each. You top one with jelly and smash it together. You can get special cooking cutters to cut the crust off and crimp the edges. Then you put it in a sandwich bag and freeze it. You take it out and put it in the lunchbox so it defrost and keeps the rest of your lunch cool.
    She is keeping the food in her garage. Doesn't she live in New York? The cold weather is going to destroy all of that food this winter. And field mice are going to get in that food which makes it rodent food. They chew and crawl under the rubber weatherstripping. That is just so wasteful.

    I was a nanny and worked for someone who was a food/household product hoarder. She was a single mom of 3 kids and every week bought basically everything they’d use. She had at ALL TIMES like 5-10 extra bottles of everything. Condiments, canned goods, laundry detergent, Paper products, shampoo, you name it. She didn’t cook meals (they only ate premade frozen food) and I cooked for her 4 nights a week from a meal box subscription. Maybe she has the same problem?? There’s no way they eat all of this every week. She must just “stock up” on every item, because she’s grabbing it anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️

    • @emilyquinteron
      @emilyquinteron 2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      I don’t think that she’s dealing with this. Hoarding usually comes from trauma in young age and when it’s food it usually stems from food insecurity. I also don’t think she would say the food was donated if this was the cause.

    The scariest thing is that she has mentioned how some of the kids have issues with portion control due to their past trauma, and she is not helping that situation! The opportunity she has to teach them about eating a balanced diet, making healthy choices, and PROPER portion control. I noticed the time differential in her '5 am' videos and pointed it out to my husband - she was up at 5, but you could clearly see the sun outside! And the gross comments from her followers who keep saying it shows how much she loves her kids that she does so much for them, as if other parents don't love their kids when they feed them properly.

    I noticed she has mentioned that two of the younger kids, Bohdi and Harlee, have Gastroparesis, which I also have. This makes it very difficult for the body to digest and process food, and often causes deficiencies. She appears to make no effort to encourage them to eat protein at all, which would be very much needed. My heart just hurts for these kids!

    This really irritates me because I'm type 1 diabetic, have been since I was 4. Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease where your insulin predicting cells are destroyed. My whole life has been stressful, i think about food and how much insulin to do for each meal and snack and then suffer if I've done too much or too little. How can someone do this to their children. They will definitely have type 2 diabetes if this truly is their diet and they will live a shorter, sadder and more stressful existance. She is KILLING them.This is child abuse.

      That was what I was thinking. Things like butter, half bags of chips, opened cans can't be donated and personally I wouldn't want to eat from someone else's opened food because you don't know who has put their hands etc in it. Maybe I'm too fussy though. When I saw one of her first shopping hauls I assumed she did what other big families do and shops once a month going back for fresh fruit and vegetables half way through the month. The other thing is that she doesn't seem to feed herself and Josh the same food even saying that Josh needs to eat healthy again after a visit to the doctor saying he was eating a lot of fish. That tells me that she is fully aware that the food she gives the kids is unhealthy. As someone who has fostered children not providing proper food is called neglect which comes under the umbrella of abuse. The difference in the amount she buys from when she started to now has increased by at least half and there are only two more kids. Am I being harsh and judgemental?
