One of the "recommendations for Trump" mentioned was to invite chinese companies to open factories in the U.S. with the benefits of enhancing U.S. industrial capabilities and employment opportunity. It's a good idea but the NEOCONs will never allow that. Too much ignorance and racism and sheer ineptness in the political ranks to allow any kind of smart policies.
