I once dreamed of this song entirely playing in my head, perfectly, after haven't listened to it for like 2 years. It was so weird and emotional, i can't describe it with words. It was like a videoclip. The next morning I had to come back listen to it again. That's how i completely fell in love with this song.
It sure is a great band, and what's amazing is that, even though you're not japanese, they manage to get the message across with the song, no need for words to be exchanged. Beautiful band. Plastic tree 4ever.
Plastic Tree is an amazing band. They are all so talented and their music is magical. Each song is beautiful and words cannot explain the emotions that each one of them brings to me. I can't wait to see them in concert on the 27th to experience the magic.
For those keep complain about Plastic Tree ripped off Comforting sounds... maybe should try make yr own ripped off song? Yes the first few notes are similar and song length too. But chords arranged differently and its NOT same chords! Lyrics are TOTALLY different, melody different too! Make up your own mind. it's hard to make up own lyrics + melody even if you get some ideas of the few guitar notes + the feeling of the song. We all create something we liked and its part of the design process...
When I listen to this song I image myself I feel lonely in a crowd and the Life ,everything around is runing faster than me, sometimes the Time seems to slow down .
I like to imagine it as such a thing, "melting boy". Because andro means boy, right? And metamorphose means a change! now seeing it, it makes the song even more depressing. it's a feeling, like "very penetrating deep feeling". "Disturbing, yet comforting and beautiful". With no wonder, i feel like its tragic. The tragic feeling increases more, just that.... just that
@@DerrickthePinecone I agree. I've listened to both bands since I was in my teens and I'm a huge Plastic Tree fan.. but there's no doubt Mew are in a different league entirely. I know some of the members of Plastic Tree are Mew fans, so I suppose they see it as being heavily inspired by the song as opposed to plagiarism. But there's no disputing this is a rip off, 100%.
