Now that Mel has filed charges against him he's higher level threat and the children, they never need to be in his care really at all And because there's an order for him to visit the children it should be supervised by DSS or someone in the court system. He is dangerous and unhinged and for his mother to tell him those lies lets you know she's afraid of him. She never disagrees with or tell him he's wrong she always agree with him. To me that show she's afraid of him the question is why is she so afraid. But still I certainly would not agree with him basing the grandchildren mother especially on national TV. I heard somebody say that Martell staged his arrest because he knew ahead of time before he turned himself in and I truly believe that. If you guys remember he mentioned that Mel was trying to put him in jail when he went on that rant on the Houston trip. Then the arrest was conveniently done on day 1 of filming for the new season. That’s why Mel was not notified that his mom had picked up the kids from the courthouse before he turned himself in, it was all planned out by Martell. I believe Carlos was aware and was just capping when he was acting all surprised when asking Mel about it. They are so full of 💩!!!

Melody didn’t call the cops on Martell the day he was arrested!!! 🤦🏽♀️She reported the text message to the authorities MONTHS before when he threatened her. The city then issued a warrant for his arrest. He just happened to be visiting the courthouse/records office & the clerk saw that he had a warrant & cops arrested him then. Once she reported it was out of her hands
