"I've been using the Nuwave Gold Precision Induction Cooktop for a few weeks now, and it has quickly become a staple in my kitchen. The first thing that stood out to me was how quickly it heats up-within seconds, it's ready to go, which is perfect for busy mornings. The 8” heating coil provides even heat distribution, and the wide temperature range (100°F to 575°F) offers incredible flexibility. Whether I’m simmering a delicate sauce or searing a steak, the cooktop handles it all effortlessly. The three wattage settings are a nice touch, allowing me to adjust power consumption based on what I'm cooking.The 12” heat-resistant surface is another highlight-it keeps the area around the cooktop cool, which is a big plus in a small kitchen. The included 10.5” non-stick fry pan is an excellent addition; it cooks evenly and cleans up in seconds. I also love the portability of this cooktop-it’s lightweight and easy to store, making it perfect for small spaces or even outdoor cooking. Overall, this is a fantastic induction cooktop that delivers on all fronts-efficiency, power, and convenience."

"While the Nuwave Gold Precision Induction Cooktop has its strengths, there are a few areas where it falls short. The cooktop heats up incredibly fast, but I've noticed that the temperature control can be a bit inconsistent. Occasionally, it overshoots the set temperature, which can be frustrating when cooking delicate dishes. The 8” heating coil works well for the most part, but there are times when the heat isn't as evenly distributed as I'd like, leading to uneven cooking.The 12” heat-resistant surface is a good idea, but it doesn't feel as robust as I expected. The included 10.5” non-stick fry pan is decent, but it started showing signs of wear sooner than I anticipated. Another downside is that the cooktop can be a bit noisy, especially at higher settings, which is something to consider if you’re sensitive to sound. Overall, it’s a decent portable cooktop, but there’s room for improvement in terms of consistency and durability."
