Mine smells nothing like that. It smells like Vietnamese food. It's the worst purchase I've ever bought haha. By far. Might just be my bottle. It's... Disgusting.

I bought the Raed luxe the blue one for my brother, like a gift, and is wearing only this one! He prefers it over the other perfumes that he got like the tom ford noir extreme, y from ysl and spice bomb from viktor rolf 😁🤷♀️. And I bought for me the khaltaat gold, i just Love it! Such a sexy perfume!

There's also "Black Origami" from Alhambra but probably a Black Orchid clone so not up your alley I would guess. But then there's also "Aura Fresh" from Armaf which sounds nice. Guessing it's a Versace Eau Fraiche clone. That stuff is awesome for late Spring and Summer!

Dior sauvage parfum is much better than edt. I got that Afnan Modest une and its quite good. Also like Prada carbon much better and its my favorite of that style

When drying down, I get a hint of a woody (oudy?) scent in the background, very discreet (very faint leather vibe with light fresh green spices when further into the dry down). Is to me a unisex fragrance, but leaning a little bit the more to the masculine side (not much). The NOTES: Top notes: bergamot, lavender; Heart notes: clove, saffron, cinnamon; Base notes: amber, musk, patchouli, vanilla, cedar. The Oud is my preferred version of the 3. It's brighter.
I just want to share my fragrance haul for April. Emir frenetic homme intense, Emir wild and tobacco, Emir frenetic delicieuse, and Lattafa pride winners trophy. You made me buy the winners trophy when I watched your review. I can say that woody accord is the prominent note in the winners trophy. I'm resting it, as I know the scent will change. Also, I have the Lattafa Khaltaat Al Arabia Royal Blends; to me, it smells like a ripe fruit basket at the opening, and at the dry down, it smells like an apple pie.
@@PostCologne I will surely get back here to tell my first impression of the Emir ones. ohhh! I forgot to include Ard al zaafaran wafa. It is a mix of PDM Carlisle and Kilian Black Phantom. Check also the Ard al zaafaran brand. They do have nice perfumes, I already have the al dirgham, which has loud projection, and Oud 24 Hours Majestic Gold, which is a clone of stronger with you leather.
At a minimum, Luxe is 95% identical to K EDT. I see there was not a lot of love for K EDT, but for my taste, I enjoyed it more than the EDP. I will put it this way, they are so close, I gave away my K because Luxe lasts longer, and to own both was redundant.
I bought Modest Une it smells better, rounder, smoother, and well blended. In my opinion it smells better than Sauvage by Dior. The reason, it doesn't have that strong "cedarwood" (Juniperus Virginiana) that pencil shavings scent. With Modest Une in pretty sure it is Himalayan cedarwood, which is smoother, rounder, balsamic, and almost cherry like.

I mean yes I do love it I remember buying the large bottle for like 200 when it first came out but now that the smaller bottles are in the 80s to 100s everyone and their grandma has it.. for my dollars I'll stick with Dylan blue.. heck of there was very good strong clones of Dylan blue I'd probably scoop up a bottle or 5 😂

I really enjoy Royal Blends and don't find it too feminine myself. The other one in the same bottle, Royal Delights is also very good with it being a bit fresher. I also enjoy Ra'ed Gold as well. I have 2 other Ra'ed bottles as well, the silver one which is a bit like Erba Pura and also the oud one which I love. It is a spicy, fresh oud that is easy to wear.Worth having a look at these.
After some reviews I have take Afnan modest une because it was beastly in projection and good longevity. I got mine since one week. I am really disappointed no projection at all. You must put your nose on your skin for smell the scent.

To me, Modeste une is better than Armaf. Urban elixir is a synthetic mess. Mine, which is a batch from 12/2022 has a lot of particles floating inside the juice. Completely disgusting.
I have Modest Une for two years and Urban Elixir for two months. Modest Une is better performer, longevity on my skin is 10+ hours, on clothes whole day, Urban Elixir a little bit less. Regarding performance and overall profile, Modest Une is way better

Royal Blends is a beautiful fragrance. Its perfectly unisex imo. The dry down a few hours later turns into a beautiful sweet vanilla scent.

There is also an Oud version of Raed. I have the Silver, Luxe & Oud. All good smelling fragrances 🙃

English Laundry Oxford Blue is a decent eros twist as well. Harder to find nowadays, but I got it from a rack store for $20

Need to test modest une on skin for performance. Not sure yet. Both smell nice, urban man Elixir is a good performer. May do a comparison video
