- I got another huge men's fragrance haul in this week, and all were middle eastern fragrances. One I was particularly eager to unbox and review was Lattafa Khamrah, but I was not disappointed with the other 5 amazing fragrances that came along. In this video I unbox and give my first impressions of 6 men's fragrances from Lattafa, Maison Alhambra and Al Haramain.

Really enjoy all your reviews. I watch a lot of fragrance reviews and you are my absolute favourite. Delighted that the Amber Oud tester had a cap. I feel your anxiety when opening a tester bottle. Appreciate the reply. It’s a little win when a tester arrives in one piece phew 😥. Still saving a few quid 💷 it’s a ride worth the mild trauma. I have Al fursan too. Nothing wrong with it prefer a bit more spice. Will give Rave a miss. I have a British classic gem I have really been enjoying on wet days. It’s by Geoffrey Beane called grey flannel. I believe you like Encorie Noire, although it smells nothing like it, I feel you will enjoy it. Costs the equivalent of 15 dollars for a 4 ounce bottle. Smells like England 🏴 on a wet day. Originally formulated in 1975 still smells relevant today. Be great to hear your thoughts on it. I keep reaching for it over designer fragrances this time of year. Looking forward to your next fragrance haul already.

Amber & Leather is 🔥🔥🔥 have 2 bottles of it and it's very close to my Ombre Leather. I use the TF for special occasion and the Amber Leather for everyday wear

I’ve smelled Angel Share and Khamrah and I can tell you they smell very similar. Only one is a tenth of the price. There is a reason these middle eastern houses are blowing up in popularity. The quality is good, some have surprisingly nice presentations, and all that for a quarter of the price of big niche brands. Or less in some instances.
I've heard they are similar, and 100% agree with the middle eastern houses blowing up. Huge fan of a lot of ME houses, especially Lattafa

Just picked up Khamrah today from a local shop and sweet baby jesus it lives up to the hype! i'd put it up there with Kismet. i also picked up one called Shaheen that i dont see much about but after trying it in store i really like it. its light, sweet, floral. perfect for this high Miami heat.
Which Shaheen? Gold or Silver bottle?

Just saw another reviewer called House of Donna and she had the Kilian Angel Share cologne to compare the Khamrah to and she basically said its a "NO WAY" clone at all....she did not really like the Khamrah at all because of the nutmeg and also no cognac opening....I think maybe too many reviewer are trying too hard to find a connection to Angels Share where there is very little if any connection....good on you for just giving your opinion of Khamrah without the hype of saying it comes close or compares to a $250 Kilian. Cheers! :))
Yeah I have no idea. Not going to compare 2 fragrances that I have no idea of how one smells. Keeping it to what I get from this one by itself.

If you can get a bottle of khamrah do it I’ve never even smelled a killian fragrance before so I didn’t know what to expect I was super surprised it was my first Middle Eastern fragrance and I’ve worn it nearly everyday since I’ve gotten it highly recommended

Wow, I need to get Khamrah so bad. I got Turathi Blue from Afnan on my last haul and it's pretty much replaced Bleu de Chanel in my rotation. It's such a gem. Maahir... well it's something else, lol. It's like Encre Noire to me, a love it or hate it kind of situation.
I agree, encre noire love or hate. Not the same scent profile, but so different and off the typical fragrance path. I do love encre noire :)
I hate to bust your bubble, but Turathi Blue is a very close Bulgarian Tygar. I know because Tygar is one of my 3 favorite frags.
Thanks for another awesome video. Fyi, did you see the deal Sephora has to buy a sample set and get a certificate for a full bottle of your choice from the set? One of the choices is a 50ml bottle of Ombre Leather that retails for $150, but the sample set only cost $72. Definitely a great deal to pick up a bottle of TF for half price.
I'll have to check that out! I typically don't go to sephora, or retailers in general besides to test new releases. Need to keep a better watch for these deals. Thanks Joker!
@@PostCologne yeah, I usually avoid the retail stores also. This is one of the rare times they actually have a really good deal. I just picked one up a couple of weeks ago when they had a 10% off sale. It was only $65, and I immediately traded the certificate for the ombre leather. There was no hidden fees or extra charge. I handed them the cert and walked out with the bottle. Im actually considering getting a backup bottle while they have this deal because I'm not sure if I will ever find it this cheap again. I have all of these and many more.. Actually, Sultan projects insane.. Even personal bubble is very big.. Longevity is 10+ hrs on skin, but even after 3 days, cant wash it out from my hands..cant smell my neck, but its probably there too. Imagine, i wash hands at least 10 times per day, plus showers, and it is still on my skin.. Beast mode.. Its very strong, 3 sprays max, and that might be too much..
Maahir Black. Would you call it sharp?
Man the Arabic houses are just so good. Crazy value and performance. But wait until you go further down the rabbit hole and get to actual niche Arabic perfumery in addition to the clone houses. It puts western niche to downright shame. Arabian Oud and Abdul Samad Al Quraishi for example. Unbelievable quality.
Definitely got my eye on Khamrah. Tasty gourmand is absolutely my jam. Did you give Lattafa's original Qaa'ed a try? It's great. Vanilla cinnamon cardamom oud. Completely diff from Qaa'ed Al Fursan. Real cheap, recommended.
I do have qaaed and enjoy it. Picked it up a little while back. Looking forward to the fall to bust that out again.
Definitely want to dive into the niche world more. Obviously much easier to explore the different clones and cheapies, so will be doing samples where I can first.

Amber Tobacco when it settle, its all about Tobacco and Vanille.. But a lot of tobacco, in a nice way..

Personally it would not be my first choice. Pretty smoky, resin profile. Not a typical clean office scent. Just my opinion.

Hi...I also use lattafas... Whenever i unpack scents, don't get exact smell... Only after 3 to 4 days of keeping them i get actual fragrance.. When u review then after keeping for a week you get better fragrance and perfomance
Oh for sure. These are just my first impressions, not a full review. I'll need to give all of these a full wearing before I can really judge them

I'm going to do a top 5 lattaga list soon, but it would just be my personal opinion. Lattafa has so many good ones, it really depends on what you are looking for and what you like in a fragrance. They have something for everyone

Where did you get the little gold statue behind you I like that I have a nice King Ted head right in the middle of my cologne collection looks very sharp but I wouldn't mind adding dual pieces to the side of my cabinet one of them maybe a Buddha and another one maybe what you have there I also have one of the statues from the 7th Voyage of Sinbad it's very cool but I like that that little statue you got there

Khamrah is for men ?
I do own Angels Share and Khamrah... I would say the biggest difference, aside from the quality, is that Angels Share has more depth to it... not as linear as Khamrah... the boozy in Angels Share is also more prominent... but that is not to say that the quality for Khamrah is not good... cause it is... especially when you consider the price

Dua clone is way better then khamrah.
@@junkies1111 the dua clone is a closer representation of angel share but it doesnt smell better nor perform anywhere near as good as khamrah

If there are boozy notes in there they are subtle. I need to spend more time with it. Definitely has that vanilla and spice to it. Need a full wearing before I know about the performance. Will definitely have a full review once I really sink my teeth into this one. It's 90+ degrees here all week, so not the best time for a full test run 😀

I think it's right in the middle personally. Very unisex. It depends what you consider masculine and what you consider feminine.
That ombre Leather clone is pretty close
Very similar yes off the first comparison will need to wear amber and leather a couple times to really give a fair comparison
5 amazing fragrance’s. I would love to recommend another 2 fragrance’s. 1- Al Faris by My Perfumes EDP For Men 15$. This fragrance is perfect for fall and winter.
2- 24 CARAT WHITE GOLD Lattafa 35$. This fragrance is perfect for the whole year. Check them out If you don’t have them in your collection .

That Al Haramain Amber Oud bottle is a direct rip-off of Jean Paul Gaultier’s 2005 release “Gaultier2”. They almost share 100% the same details except the glass on the backside has a few ridges in the glasses whereas Gaultier2 is smooth glass, but the metal cap and the metal plate is identical to Gaultier2.
Oh interesting, I looked it up and they are very similar. Good eye James
@@PostCologne you’ll never believe this! Lol, I was looking up Gaultier2 and guess what? Apparently its coming back into the fragrance market!
Gaultier2 was created by the legendary perfumer Francis Kurkdjian, I was lucky enough to snag the body spray, oil, and other offshoots of Gaultier2 back when it came out, I knew someone who worked at Sears at the fragrance counter. I am lucky enough to have 4 backups of the 40ml’s and the 120ml’s, I knew this stuff would be sought after so I went hard to find them, some were cheap and some weren’t but isn’t that crazy how they are bringing it back? I am sure fragrance reviewers and the like will end ip talking about this soon enough. And by the way, that news about Gaultier2 was released on their official website for Jean Paul Gaultier.

How do you get these perfumes that too such a big haul ? The shipping is constantly denied for me as they say perfumes with alcohol are not shipped overseas

Depends on what you consider unisex, but I feel it leans more masculine. No reason a female that enjoys a tobacco fragrance couldn't wear it though

Khamrah great opening but the dry down falls flat doesn’t smell expensive like angel
Share not a 100 n up price tag scent as you said great for 30 bucks but my wife said the drydown is ok nothing omg she said angel share is way bttr n isn’t to crazy about said it don’t smell expensive
Everyone reading this comment, Ameer Al Oud is completely different from Majd Al Sultan, don't think they smell similar, not at all, Sultan does smell something like Maahir Black at start with that spicy note of black pepper but Ameer Al Oud for me is still the best of Lattafa
Khamrah has many differences compared to Angels share.If you want to find a closer clone look for kismet angel by Maison Alhambra or cocktail intense by fragrance world.These two are almost the same scents with Angels share .Khamrah is an amazing scent though.I think i like it better than Angels'share .
