Arctic Monkeys’ maturity truly shines through their TBHC and The Car albums. They dare to leave their young selves and entered the new realm, and came out on top with these two. Some other band could easily make another AM - but not for them. Instead, they come up with this brilliant song...
"Do your time traveling through the tanning booth, so you don't let the sun catch you crying"
I hope someday people understand TBHC and The Car. So much respect for this band.

Oh my goodness you’ve just reflected my own thoughts and feelings about them, their maturity shines through, from a young 20 year old Alex to the mature 37 year old Alex just fabulous to be from Sheffield too. Our local lads have done well ❤❤❤

One of my all time favourite Alex lyrics . Like to think of him dying of a hangover and as opposed to lying in the sun passing the time dragging himself to the local tanning beds (for fear of the what the sun might think of what he’s been up to 😂)

That sums up their entire discography!👍while people were still raving about their debut, they just banged out the next one. Collaboration with Josh saw them venture into new territory, and they just kept going. So brave! I have nothing but admiration for their balls!😂and talent. We are privileged to be alive to witness it. I’ve seen them live on many occasions and they have always absolutely blown the crowd away!

Got the exact same feeling when I saw them in Amsterdam. Hands down the best 7 minutes I’ve ever witnessed during a concert.

Saw them in Southampton last night and I thought this was their best track. Brilliant end to the main gig pre encore. I thought the 3 tracks from The Car were some of the better performances on the night.

Lol also went to Southampton the other night and thought the exact same thing 🤣 I said to the girl beside me “not my fav track at all but that may have been my fav of the night.”
Glad everyone felt the same !

Wonder how many people who used to make fun of Al and the boys or gave them hard times when they were young living in Sheffield were actually in the crowd singing their heart out 😅... Love live performances of Body Paint, always epic. Saw them live 3 times this year. Lol ❤

Alex will normally walk over to Matt at the drums and they give each other a look then Matt will play the fill they all know is the ending. It's also a case of them simply playing it enough times to know and remember when to end
