6.3:1 Lexa HD is my favorite all around reel even for big blades but the 5.1:1Lexa HD is also a great option if the 6.3 is a little to hard on your wrist.
7.1:1 Lexa HD is a great small blades reel as well as jerk baits or some rubber. Most of my rubber I reach for my Lexa HD 8.1:1 for great line pick up.

That whole part of the lake is so full of nice humps, points, and saddles. I only get up there once or twice a year so breaking it all down is a handful. Last year I did very good just west of tug. In DWB. Was up when forest wouldve had a 13 fish day if they would’ve stayed pinned and had the 2 50+ inch fish within 24 hours of each other. Talked to him at sunset a little on the dock. Try to pick his brain a little bit

My heart sank a little when I read that a hard drive crash resulted in the loss of that much footage. Backups, backups, backups! :( I can tell (and I know) how much work goes into doing a proper edit. Excellent video - keep up the great work!

West or South facing bays and pockets on any shoreline with sand beach on shore and you'll find cabbage, big muskie here. I think you know why West or South facing. (tip of the day)
I always wanted to fish The Woods after full dark and never did. Some excellent photography here. The tip above is for The Woods or any Canadian Shield muskie lake.
