It's the ball bearings and shafts of the roller's wheels that need lubricating, not the tracks the wheels run down! The tracks can be cleaned and kept clean with a silicone cleaner. That will lubricate the surface of the track a little in any case, but that is not the primary goal here. Dinitrol cavity wax by Ardrox - called AV30 - should be sprayed inside the tracks and surrounding area. Remove any dirty Lanolin wax if any exists, first. You can leave in place any remaining clean Lanolin wax if any exists and apply the AV30 over it. Just OIL the bearings with engine oil. Never apply any form of grease anywhere water can get. AV30 is very expensive, btw. Aerosol is easier than brush on.
Hi. Can you tell me how to sdjust the door so it shuts further forward i.e. closer to the B pillar? The gap between my B pillar the the front of the door seems too big
Hi ,its been a long time since i adjusted mine ,i check3d out my vid and the bottom door bracket shows two 13mm bollts loosen them to adjust closer or nearer, try small adjustments at a time
@@markrocketmangrimstead You may need to also adjust the middle outside roller from inside the door panel (2 bolts - remove door card for access), to allow the door to move away from the track at the closed position.

Hi probably e bay,if you type in vw t4 sliding door roller,or kit ,on e bay or Amazon or just the bottom roller.
