I think initially the hate shocked/hurt him, then fans found him and lifted him up, then he blew up and fans way outnumber haters. he uses that hate they threw at him as fuel, he's just working it through. he's a meteor, it'll burn off. in the meantime I like it. its a good message. you can't care what other people believe when you know you're right.
