Lots of things don't look right. Efficiency will be very low. Known as Darwin wind turbine. High cost and low efficiency does not sell wind turbines.

*All practical tests of ground-based small wind turbines show: 1) They hardly produce any electricity! 2) They do not last long!*
*On the other hand, solar panels generate at least 10 times more electricity with the same investment in time & money!*
Reliable and almost maintenance-free for at least 25 years! The situation is completely different with ground-based wind turbines:
9 out of 10 small wind turbines stop working after just a few years due to the extremely gusty winds close to ground.
Small wind turbines produce hardly no electricity, due to hardly any wind close to the ground - and electricity yield is proportional to third power of wind speed:
So +100% wind generates +800% more electricity! The rotors of all commercial wind turbines rotate above a height of 100 meters, where the wind is more constant and stronger.
