- Here is 15 minutes of ambient acoustic guitar. This is an experiment, I plan to record some much longer improvisations. Maybe even hours.

Hello Sheldon, I found you by chance on TH-cam and I've been discovering what you do and your musical journey for more than an hour. I love your sensitivity and your inspired improvisations. I encourage you to continue opening your potential as a musician and show it on the networks. I fully tune in with you... I play the guitar, in an improvised, intuitive and meditative way,... and I try to record environments for yoga and relaxation... and I would have a lot to learn from you.

Thanks! Yes I would not usually use much reverb but I was going for a specific feel here. Check out my album ‘Ten tree shadows ‘ on Spotify and there is much similar music without reverb. Also please subscribe as I am making a collection of ambient guitar- My new one going live in ten hours is drenched in reverb- Sorry! I’ll get to some cleaner ones next!
@@ecosticks yes we are in a digital age ! I am over sensitized to this particular whir in some digital reverbs ! There are ones that don’t do it and springs always sound good !

Your music is very relaxing, perfect to work to. This clean tone sounds very good too. What effects do you have on it? I'm assuming barely anything at all, maybe some reverb

@@Alex-m8515Thanks Alex. I think it’s 440 but I often tune by ear so it may well be a little sharper…
great tone. What is the secret? is it just mic or a blend of piezo and mic ?
It is a mic with a k and k pickup mixed in quite low- Normally I record with mic only but I wanted the more immediate sound for this.Also nothing sounds quite the same once it is on youtube for some reason
