built that whole trailer with 4 blades, only time I lost a blade was due to it binding when the steel flexed near the end and a tooth or two snapping off.
7 ton cylinder from princessauto. They have a wide range of capacities and lengths. This is the one in the video - www.princessauto.com/en/detail/7-ton-x-90-in-stroke-telescopic-cylinder/A-p8510091e

That blade is impressive
Interesting - I thought these blades were rated for lower RPM saws. I'll have to check those out!

What type of cylinder and where did you get it
I spray WD40 on it ever so often so it doesnt heat up and cuts better.
Good call, I used waste oil and it worked but made a bit of a mess WD40 would be a much easier clean up for sure.
those are'nt cutoff wheels. cutoffs are much thinner....
They absolutely are cutoff wheels, abrasive cutoff wheels for angle grinder.
Definitely not abrasive cut offs, for a 5" grinder they are only 1mm thick, they are grinding wheels
Only 1/4 steel anyway
Cheap ass good-bye a chop saw
Buy Walter zip wheels
