    Question is the carrier in danger ?does he has any symptoms?

      Not necessarily, but can experience slight symptoms. I have sickle cell anemia. The carrier has to be careful when choosing a mate, ensuring their partner isn’t a carrier. There’s a 1 in 4 chance the child will have full blown sickle cell.
