Just a little tip with the electric kettle - they usually release steam as the water boils, so leaving it directly under a cabinet while running can cause water damage or mold/mildew over time!

Love you Tara, I really appreciate your kind and positive energy. As far as people giving you sh*t for the fact that your mom drove you - as if she wasn't also going to get her own groceries?! It's actually very cute and sweet that you guys do this activity together. I love seeing your healthy relationship with both your parents. I think unfortunately you're always going to have people who criticize you because people love to complain and you have a lot to be jealous of, but you must consider the source! They're garbage, you're a lil baddie.

I love the Nars Blush they have a matching lipstick, and gloss shade it's so pretty!! I have really faire skin, and that particular blush is the only one that doesn't look too much on me. I think I'll still be using it in my 80s lol.

That Nespresso pod is my favorite. I add the blueberry lavender milk and a bit of creamer and it tastes amazing!!

Under cabinets may get ruined from the kettle steam. Move steam hole so it’s steaming out by the hood or bring the kettle out more so it’s not directly under the cabinet.

For kettle usually it clicks if it is pushed down it would flip up or doesn’t have a light depends on the kettle and as for the tea you usually steep for about 3-4mins and then for the second time you steep for 1 more minute than the first time.
You should take that tea advent calendar and throw it out in the backyard for the raccoons. 😂

I have the same tea Advent as you and I've enjoyed seeing your reactions to the teas. I love hot teas but I'm pretty much the only person I know that like hot teas. So I was excited to see you had the same calendar. I feel less alone lol.

Hot cocoa is my go to drink during the winter months. I have a friend that adds mints or peppermint to hers,me I just like extra marshmallows. Take the kettle out from underneath the counter when u boil it so the steam doesn’t damage ur cupboards!
Best way to make hot chocolate, pour your milk into a cup you'd use to hold your hot chocolate, pour that into a saucepan (that way you've hot the exact amount of milk you'll use) heat it up on a low heat add your chocolate powder and stir until its dissolved into the milk. It's smoother and tastes better (also if you like nutmeg or cinnamon, add 1/2 a teaspoon of either or to make your hot chocolate pop)
Try putting powdered sugar on the parts your mouth that are burnt. It helps with the inflammation.

Tara, just a tip on tea. Keep the loose tea holder in the hot water for a max 5 minutes. Longer and the tea will become bitter. Also, depending on the tea leaf color, if the water is too hot, the leaves will burn & the tea will again be bitter. Just some tea facts.

I find never get sick of Americans/Canadians experiencing electric kettles for the first time! .. No, i am not being sarcastic, i love it! 🥰 Meanwhile, it is one of the very first things that Australians (i'll assume British people too) buy when they move out of home. 💖
