Good vid. Watched it and thought hmmm, I've got a bit of paracord here. So I tied an adjustable grip hitch and attached it to my sling shot using a larks head knot. Adjusted the grip hitch to a comfortable fit and voila quick easy diy wrist brace :-)

a little late I know. SimpleShot only sells black bands, and they are highly regarded. GZK bands are popular, and they have orange, green, and black. Snipersling also has good bands in yellow and black. Generally, the darker the color, the heavier the band. But band thickness and what width and taper you cut them to matter more than color. There are other brands too, but those are the ones I know best. People get pretty personal when it comes to color and brand so get ready for a lot of opinions

Yep, even a simple loop on a natural has worked like that for me....
