- Jag Panzer performing "Shadow Thief" live on 5th April 2008 at Keep it True X festival (Germany). Harry "the Tyrant " Conklin shares the vocals with Bob Parduba, who was a special guest of this show. He sang in "Chain of Command" album, which was initially recorded in 1987, but officially released in ...2004.

I once worked with Bob. Great dude. The day I turned 50, I bought and acoustic guitar, and Bob was the one I showed it to first. Great work Bob P.
i was there, man this is GOLD Jag panzer played around 2h30 min, on the Chain Of COmmand song where Bob Parduba sang alone , Harry was on the crown with us seeing his band playing. AMAZING! THIS IS THE TRUE SPIRIT ! HEAVYMETAL FOREVER MY FRIENDS!!!!!!!! Listen to his voice, on the previous night he sang with Titan Force almost 90 min.
Harry Conklin is untouchable, great voice !
Bob has serious pipes. I played in a band with him in 1979-1980. Guy can flat out SING!
The last time I saw Bob singing with Jag Panzer was 1987 when they had an opening slot for Armored Saint, Grim Reaper, and Helloween during that "Hell on Wheels" tour.
This is a cool post... Last time I saw Bob sing before youtube was when he was with Alloy Czar and a just couple of years ago, my sons best friend's band opened for Helloween here in Denver. Good stuff...
Love hearing Bob sing, been listening to him since 1982. Happy I ran across this...
I really just found out about Jag Panzer (yes I'm behind the 8 ball), and was just watching one video after another, getting into it. I wish I could take back clicking on this one...
they are both great vocalists! I saw Tyrant with Titan Force in Greece and he is one of the most talented frontmen ever.
Great tune..a metal classic as far as im concerned...and what a voice damn...too bad so few views..
@heavymetalpt I was there as well and I totally agree with you. Harry is IMO one of the best metal singers ever, amazing performance on stage and a very cool person too.
Thanks for posting...this must have been amazing live!!
The Panzer Brigade are one of the greats. Traditional metal forever!
Wow, Parduba even sings it with the old school chain of command demo lyrics! Cult!
Thnx for sharing!
So freaking underrated.
1:37 best moment
Tyrant miming Bob saying "I can see.."
Bro that dude on the far right is my psychology professor
Metal de primeira!!!!!!
Unforgotten Night!
I would cut every hand holding cell phone on event like this one
well back then we didnt have smartphones. if you had a camera on your phone it sucked ass :D
I grew up with this band
amazing song ..amazing band
ESPETACULAR.E o baterista fica lá atrás DETONANDO tranquilo e calmo.
the tyrant is a hell of a singer!
awesome, one of the best bands I never saw. I have a dvd but shadow thievs are not part of it. also harry sounds like blitz elsworth somewhat also 3:10 very funny almost parody like. thank you!!!
@djaguitarx youre right :-) i didnt do my homework!haha
broderick is awsome also and he played tafolas solo exactly as it was on this song, but this lasegue or something as you say, oh man, hes not good :-( and this solo is one of my favorites, he killed it :-(
The Tyrant rules
i was in a concert de jag panzer and liked .....
Chris Lasegue...fuck yea!
@Manos620ti
tafolla left long time ago...chris broderick played for about 4 or 5 albums and left for megadeth..
this is chris lasegue or something...
@bastard231 He played on the original version, so he's free to play this one the way he pleases.
Damn it Harry Why didn't you tell me you have a killer metal band.
Joey Tafolla is Jag Panzer
Jeez Jag Panzer needs to do some Iron Maiden cover songs! An American Bruce Dickinson, wow!!!
Really bad news... hoping that you'll reconsider someday... :-/
Is the whole show available on that Keep It True DVD or only some songs?
in greece 2006 its for sure him though..the solo is 99% the same as the album check the video and youll see...conklins voice is great though!
es uno de los mejores vocalistas the tyrant
Harry's banter is so lame. But he can sing. Why doesn't he have a shirt on though...lol
Bruce Iron Maiden!!
@bklixuz /sigh sometimes i forget, youtube comments are a special brand of dumb.
Shit that guy's got a Bruce Dikenson voice from Hel.
Solos ??? : /
Bob doesn't seem to be able to muster any vibrato lol.
the lead guitarist is so bad. He is sooooo far of playing it right. It's a pity because it's an amazing song
I definitely could've done this better........woah.
@bastard231 He's second rate...which is why he never went anywhere other than Colorado Springs...
@MariaGrc666 They're no Geoff Tate, Rob Halford, Bruce Dickenson, or Ronnie James Dio Heck, even Corey Brown is better...
Dios dead, Tate hasn't sang well since the 90's, you're seriously underestimating Harry as a singer, Bob is pretty run of the mill, but Harry Conklin is one of the greatest heavy metal singers of all time.
Right up there with Halford and Dickinson
Parduba over-pitched and went out of key a few times.
Oh shut up dude!!! How gay, Parduba is a stud!
@@brentold6738
I forgot all about this, bro - lol
i love Jag Panzer, but I agree with some of the other comments, this Chris Lesegue or whatever...he sucks....I CAN play guitar better than this poser. Too bad Broderick is gone, he was in his element in JP not Megadeth
looks boring.... smh
love jag too
Terrible.
That is all
is it me or the lead guitarist is playing a veeeery different solo than the album???? shit man, everything is great in this performane except the lousy solo performance..please dont tell me that tafolla left the band cause this would be a disaster...on the other hand he probably did leave cause theres no way that he couldnt play his own solo....
It is Chris Lasegue en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christian_Lasegue
www.metal-archives.com/artists/Christian_Lasegue/4627 ... and it is his own solo, because he was the lead guitarist who performed on "Chain of Command" album back in 1987.
bored as hell
