FARI presents the CAVE

The CAVE is an advanced immersive virtual environment in Brussels. It allows policymakers, scientists, and urban planners to visualize and simulate digital content for deeper insights and better decision-making. With applications in various sectors such as urban planning, scientific research, education, health, and more, the CAVE is a powerful tool for fostering innovation and community engagement.
In partnership with the Brussels-Capital Region, FARI is using the CAVE for urban planning and accessibility simulations. Public authorities and companies interested in the CAVE are invited to contact FARI. Susheel Nath, our CAVE manager, will support project development with VUB-ULB research groups.

FARI is a non-profit university institute on AI, data and robotics focused on the Common Good. We are jointly initiated by two Brussels universities (VUB & ULB) - uniting the interdisciplinary expertise across 10 research groups on AI, data, robotics, social sciences, ethics, and law. We do research and build bridges with public administrations, industry, and citizens, promoting sustainable AI, data & robotics with a focus on urban and public priority domains such as health, mobility, sustainable robotics, climate and energy, participatory and inclusive society.
