Looks great. I guess I still don't understand why it's called avocado salsa and not guacamole.... Cuz that's how I make my guacamole (minus the water)

Guacamole generally has tomatoes and lime and no vinegar or garlic. It's usually chunky and not nearly as hot, tho that's just a preference.
