Andrew Sachs' death reported on RTÉ News (2nd December 2016)

RTÉ News reports on the death of German-born actor Andrew Sachs, best known for his iconic role as Manuel in "Fawlty Towers". Sachs died on 23rd November 2016, aged 86, from complications of dementia, but his death was not announced publicly until 1st December, the day he was buried.
