Burnout should be taking seriously. So good that you are picking up the signals on time. Burnout is usually not about working too much but about being not in alignment with your true self. Focus on sleep, nutritious food, daily short relaxations exercises like breathwork and medidation and figuring out what your values are and living by them. Your day should look like activity rest, activity rest. When people say yes when they mean no, when they are working but dont get enough fulfilment from it. Another big necessity is to incorporate fun and pleasure on a daily basis. Also track your little voice inside. What does it say? Is it critical? Is it bringing you down? Are you meeting your needs daily? Do you feel your emotions enough? Whenever you have a critic voice inside just say i hear you but I am oke. And when you have emotions coming up be sure to go into the body eyes closed and sit with it for a minute or two. Wish you all the healing
