As per my experience, we use Third angle of projection.. Generally 1st angle projection is used by ASME. From past 6 years I have been working in this sector and I have never seen any drawing which has 1st angle of projection. So before making any informational video specially based on interview questions kindly have a proper check of your facts.

I can't deny you, I'm sure about my points and I'm also using first Angle of projection and most of the companies using first angle of projection. Also i have already checked properly. I would like to request you to get information from other companies apart from company where you are working.

Yes, you have to divide 420 by 2 then you will get 210 and size 210x297 for A4 sheet.
