Yes, you have to divide 420 by 2 then you will get 210 and size 210x297 for A4 sheet.

Kindly please watch carefully. I have used 4 nos. of quadrants for both seperately. If you have been stucked by assuming first angle have been given on left side of sheet and third angle on right side. Kindly note that both are different things. Object have been placed in first quadrant out of four quadrants on column below to First Angle Title and object placed in third quadrant on column below to Third Angle Projection title. I hope this help you. If you still have any confusion, write me by mentioning your doubts. I will try to help you.
