Very nice shoot. While not terribly informational video, I credit you for shooting the rifle as most owners consider them safe-queens these days and always want to see them fired With 3 Polytech models in my collection, the Legend rules the roost with dark finished Chu wood, beautifully blued finish, and full compliment of accessories (cleaning rod, buttstock storage for basic tools, oil bottle, brushes, and proper sling. Overall, is a nice kit.
I have the milled MAK-90 with spike bayonet all brought up to 922r regulations so that I could take that damn thumbhole Democrat off the back. Paid a whole $225 for it and 3 Chinese 30 round magazines. Hated to take that smooth trigger out and put a Geissele in but needed 3 US parts to comply and I was not going to use plastic magazines to get my US parts list. The majority of mine are the ribbed communist block mags because they are the best by far.
I’d say with the current market prices no. Arsenal makes some good milled receiver AK’s for half the price. I’d definitely look into those if you want a good AK of a similar Quality to the polytech legend.
@@NgJackal1990 I haven’t had any issues with ammo. and I haven’t had issues with non Chinese magazines. but I’ve only used Romanian and Russian magazines.
It is a great rifle. I own one since 2004. Paid a thousand bucks for it. 98 percent. It is not an exact copy of a Russian Close but not exact. Is it worth the money currently? I would say no but I bought mine much cheaper and will be buried with it.
