    Hi Dino,
    Hope you had a relaxing vacation.
    I am three months into my insurance career and just wrote my CAIB one exam last week. I discovered your videos while studying and found them to be an incredibly valuable way for me to learn more about the industry.
    In addition, I feel listening to your real life examples helps put the concepts i am trying to learn into context, this has been very helpful .
    I almost feel like I’m gaining real life experience while I listen, haha.
    Kind Regards,
    Lucas Biffart.

      Hey Locas, that is one amazing comment! Haha! Thank you so much! I am really grateful! Hopefully my real-life examples are not that boring! Please pass on this channel to your friends and colleagues and share the channel on your social media, if that is not asking for too much. There is so much confusion out there about coverages. I will be working on CAIB-2 videos. I know what you are thinking....that I have to get a life!!! Haha!

      I still have to do a lot of work in the P&C side. I have no plans to cover LLQP at this time.

      It's covered in chapter 7 dealing with property. You should look at the index at the beginning of the book to locate various topics.

    I have a question.
    If A person decides to move to US for a couple months, and rent out his apartment for the while. And moves his stuff to a storage container.. will his stuff be covered?

    • @dinomustafa
      @dinomustafa  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The first question is whether you own or rent the apartment. If you owned the property (e.g. a condo) and when you rent it to someone else, your coverage will change as you will be absent. Insurers are not very comfortable if someone is renting your property. You will need “Landlord’s Insurance” which will cover any damage to your apartment and also your own appliances, etc. If you kept your stuff in a public storage, usually there will be coverage for up to 30 days, but you can discuss with your broker/insurer to extend it. You must also ask your tenants to get their own insurance to cover their negligence and damage to their own property. Your insurer will also require a “Rented Dwelling Questionnaire” completed by your tenants. Your insurer will not allow more than two unrelated tenants to rent your place either! If you don’t own the apartment, I am not sure how you can rent it to others. You have to discuss this first with the landlords of the apartment whether the lease agreement you have as a tenant yourself, will allow you to rent the apartment to others.

      If you have any general questions on how RIBO conducts their exam, you can post them here. As for the actual exam questions, I will not be handling any more questions other than the 400 questions I have posted on my channel.

    Which of this statement is true;
    A. Losses that occurred before the policy was decleared void must be paid.
    B. To void the policy is the same as canceling it.
