That made me laugh what you said about quicksand, so true how it was in so many of those older shows and movies. Nice to see a game on Butter, was the 1st map in the group stages a few ASL seasons ago.

I've been in a quicksand area as a teen. You only sink a few centimeters into the ground, maybe ankle-deep, but the sand is so heavy that it is quite difficult to get your feet out unassisted. The real danger was that they appeared at low tide, so there were lifeguards checking no one would get stuck at the wrong time and get drowned by the rising tide.
Don't forget about the constant focus on stop drop and roll- I grew up thinking I would spontaneously combust every other day!

why did he spare the hatchery in the beginning?
Wonder if he wanted to just play a longer macro game knowing he had an advantage at that point and that killing the hatchery this early would be auto gg.
I don't like SK Terran. It seems lazy to me.

@@tereninsecundus6084I think it is named after the guy who first started using the marine/medic/firebat with science vessels to counter zerg in early and mid game.
To me it seems harder doing bio after the 5-7 min mark, then incorporating some mech or transitioning to mech.
@@tereninsecundus6084 Kim "SoulKey" Seul Ki was one of the OG Starcraft pros from the 1999-early 2000s era that invented the SK terran build. He's been retired for 20ish years.
