When I worked for Clifford Research building exhaust headers for 4 & 6 cyl. vehc. The last one that I designed was on a car just like this. The only thing that I could get to fit was a tri-y sort of a thing. It was one of the better jobs I've had in my life. 6=8.
That's good, now I don't feel quite as bad for pretty much ruining my 1973 Lincoln Continental that I too still have since I was an teenager (I am 46). I took my car off the road May 2008 although I think I quit driving it in late 2007. The car just sat for years I finally rebuilt the motor dropped it in the car a few months ago put the car needs major major body work and interior work. If I am being honest it was a toilet back then and even though it is Southern California it has been parked outside 15 years pretty much untouched, knock on wood I don't have any cancer issues but there is definitely surface rust. If you decide to work on your eagle I look forward to watching the videos.
in the 80's math teachers drove these go through deep snow easy sweet smell leaded gas my town nothing rusted back then hwy dept could'nt afford salt put down sand so heavy paved roads looked like back forty cow paths (and that would freeze) every car/truck covered in brown slushy muck mud flaps were king if you did'nt have them guy behind you gave you the bird
we love those amc eagles!
👍💯💯
The 84 eagle X is cool, I can send you some rattle snakes to help with the mice problem, 🤣 awesome video Josh, thanks for sharing.
No need for rattle snakes here as we already have them in the swamps and rocky hills!
The AMC Eagle is probably my favorite AMC.
👍
Love that rig, Josh

I'll get to it in a few years. I cut up another entire car for parts a couple of years ago so I have all the stuff to fix it.
If you can push a pencil through under your door then a mouse can get in.
I’m jealous.
👍
Well, My day is complete

Eagles were the kings of the 4x4 car land before the SUVs and Subarus came on the scene and took over.
What a BEST!! Keep it forever for a future AMC project!! MICE be GONE!!!!
Mice destroy everything!
You should have sprayed the engine wires with rodent repellant.
I'm trying to get them out of the entire building. Pretty much nothing stops them.
