- What happens when a HELLS ANGEL and the SPIDERMAN go head-to-head! It's a Nitro Harley vs. a Top Fuel Suzuki at the IDBL Fall Nationals at Maryland International Raceway. Both of these great racers are very skilled. There was a lot of pre race hype heading into this one! They had some fun!

Every camera should show the scores at the finish line. Zooming in really be helpful. Also another camera at the finish line so we can really see how close it really is. Manny other tracks of all races do.
Maybe you should go do it then. Most of us have ourselves and our phones that don’t zoom in very well. And we certainly can’t be at the top end when we are standing on the starting line.

I saw Spiderman make an exhibition pass in Houston, TX one Saturday night at a NHRA event. He ran the fastest quarter mile pass in the history of motorcycle drag racing. Some of the tuners from the top fuel funny cars tweaked his bike is what I was told but I think his speed was either 256mph or 265mph. I can't remember exactly cause it was years ago. He carried the front tire the entire length of the track.

Chicago Joe used to ride the Hell Angel's bike back in the 90's. He was the only man. I ever saw. Man-handle a top fuel bike

This is larry (spiderman) mcbrides old set up which isnt a suzuki its mostly custom one off parts in a kawasaki block and crank case (Kawasaki /puma.)puma crank bill miller engineering aluminum rods to absorb nitro pre detonating 59:1 compression this only made about 1000hp his new v twin makes about 1500 and broke the world record right off going mid 5s at 260mph. rumor has it they have to toss the hand grips and gloves after each pass cause they are super glued together to hold him on the bike.Looking forward to seeing him run that work of art.

I worked on pro thug when it was Frist a pro fuel bike in 2001 Chicago Joe owned the bike and sold it to peter Joe was riding our top fuel bike at the time.

Yes. it's a show for the fans and in Nitro Racing you NEVER know what will happen. Mitch Brown was the slowest TF Bike at the Finals and won! Peter wanted to do this race for fun. Larry could have smoked the tire.

I saw 3 Angels run top fuel at Sonoma. 1 bike, 1 beat pickup. No fairings, no huge frikken tire, boots, Levi's and T shirts, POS helmet, 1 5gal can of nitro (95%) according to them.
Cracked off a 198mph run on 1st pass. Got a huge roar from the crowd! 3 more passes right at 200.
None of you dillweeds would ride it, but 2 of those 40+ year olds did! They stopped cause they ran out of fuel

Peter has a V-Twin on injected Nitro. Larry has an inline four, supercharged on Nitro.

McBride ran the 1/4 mile, before that POS Harley crossed the 1/8 mile. Is there any difference in hp ? I'd say 900+ hp. The inline 4 makes 1500+ hp. The V-twin is lucky to make 650 hp.

The top fuel bikes eat the super twins by a mile

@@cycledrag here in the UK both classes run nitro but the TF bikes are at least half a second quicker with the front wheel off the floor for 1/8th mile. The super twins are noisier tho

technically its a kawasaki /puma all top fuel chassis are required to be built a specific way so there isnt an ounce of suzuki on it .
