- We continue our quest to bring you the absolute best in motorcycle drag racing as we bring you this full event coverage of the Pro Fuel Nitro Class from the Man Cup Finals at NHRA’s South Georgia Motorsports Park. In this Nitro Harley drag bike thriller, talented motorcycle drag racers and rivals Jim Martin of the Sons of Silence and Rocky Jackson of the Bandidos fight for the event win in this nitromethane burning class. I just absolutely loved one of these while watching this video!
I didn't know we had a bandidos chapter in Louisiana. I've seen the galloping gooses and la riders around NOLA but that's it.

Thanks for recording so I can see it. In my opinion the electric bike is an abomination. I guess I’m old fashion. I have been to one of the Harley drags and there were a few different clubs there racing . I knew it was gonna be a good time because when we paid to go in they gave us a paper talking about no weapons no fighting and a couple other rules because for the weekend there was supposedly a truce between the clubs. We show up on our sport bikes I chose the safest place to park so there were no shenanigans pulled on my rice burner. But we ended up having a really good time, people are crazy looking but very nice. That’s what is great about motorcycles and racing,it can bring folks together if only for a weekend
I agree man! I think all electric bikes would ruin the entire experience! There's nothing better than my bike on MR12! The smells the sounds are a big part in the experience! You no you are having fun when you are squinting your eyes from the highest fuel in the air. Lol it burns good
I saw a jet powered drag car once. Went like a rocket (ha!) but it was no fun.

I have a question.. why do all the in-line 4 nitro guys sit on the bikes when they fire it up, but the v twin guys never do? Wouldn’t an in-line 4 be more likely to blow up?
They're running nitro and if it ignites while they're sitting on it they'll go up like a rocket and pretty much scattered across the track. It gives them that split second extra to move away.
Slim PKL sorry I wasn’t clear.. you never see the in line 4 nitro guys like Larry etc. off the bike to start it they are always sitting on it.

7s? Thats all they can get? OK so Im comparing apples to oranges when I bring up how quick an inline 4 import is however street legal Hayabusas and ZX 14s can run high 7s . Modified but still street legal. Pushrods VS overhead cams apples and oranges. I know I know thats the reason. Gotta admit though the HD style motor is more fun to watch .

no ...these bikes are fully made in america ;)
I'll have to think about that...I have a 46 Knuckle, and a 72 Sporty....things were different then. For these motors, maybe a screw or small gasket somewhere.
Same as everything else in the Pro fuel and Top Fuel category everything is aftermarket or made in house

Are they rival clubs? My X's uncle is a son the just about whole family rode. I rode an H2 at the time. They were more cool with the bike than me being from the north east. I get it..

You have to make a Harley a pro fuel bike just to make it as fast as any crotch rocket. Riding a Harley in 2020 is like using a hit and miss engine to power your washing machine in 1985
Tour bikes vs man bun bikes... 2 cylinder Harley will last longer than a crotch rocket engine.
@@atomicwedgie8176 lmao never, a Harley engine had a hard time doing 1000 miles without full maintenance. 10,000 miles on a Suzuki and all I did was an oil change. I own both and the Harley is always broken down.
