@@ahmetgul2376 you have no reference signal, it could be a problem in the cable or in the sensor itself, distance is unlikely to be a problem, it is hard to say what exactly is the problem, diagnostics pwm21 are expensive, but the only and fastest way to see the problem, the problem can also be seen with an oscilloscope
Is there a measurement of the distance between the encoder and the gear gap?
pwm diagnostics is used for the distance, then it is set correctly
