This is the second time I’m watching an interview on this channel, and I love it. I really appreciate that you let the guest speak freely. As a host, you’re doing an amazing job. I’ve subscribed!
Thank you for the quality of Guests you bring on. Uri Levine and Jeff Hoffman are both daring and inspiring, above all... they love giving back. Talk to users. Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication ✨💯
At minute 23, I understood why this man is so successful! Cause he is a master in asking questions, hard and highly effective results oriented questions. 👌
That's a fantastic discussion, falling in love with the problem and keeping the problem as the north star is a powerful idea . It's all about creating value and the easiest way to do that is solving a problem
The value here is amazing.. one note bro.. when your guest is looking at you and talking to you just focus and be with him.. don’t take notes while he speaks. I believe your guests will appreciate your attention more.. and you can take note later 😅 it’s recorded
Obviously don’t be afraid to fail is the underlying message but I couldn’t help but feel uncomfortable with having to fire someone after asking yourself that question whether knowing what you know and if you could go back a month ago when you hired said person would you hire this person. Made me realize if I want to be an entrepreneur I really have to find a way to become comfortable with making these decisions and acting on them. Would’ve saved me a lot of grief.
Uri shares a lot of great value in this interview but it’s despite of, not because of, the interviewer. The questions are poorly thought out, have absolutely no flow, and multiple times Uri takes over the interview (for the benefit of the interview). For example question 1 how did you start Waze, question 2 tell us about the sale…. No digging in to the actual building of the company whatsoever.
Wow, the transparency in this interview is unmatched. Uri is the real deal!
