Celso Machado | Pé de Moleque (Samba Choro) from "Musiques Populaires Brésiliennes" | Jun Hong Loh (violin) & Kevin Loh (guitar) Here's some backstage footage of Jun Hong and myself playing the enjoyable Pé De Moleque by the Brazilian composer Celso Machado! It's been a great pleasure personally to be involved with the More than Music concert series, co-founded by violinist Loh Jun Hong and pianist Abigail Sin. They have been presenting awesome performances in Singapore, where they have been connecting local audiences more closely with the world of classical music in a really meaningful way, so it has been a privilege for me to share the stage with them. Be sure to look out for their awesome lineup of concerts when the situation with the virus settles down, but until then, we hope you enjoy the video! Thanks so much to Jipson Quah and David Wong for making the whole audio recording possible! Cheers to Abigail for the camera work and David Loke for editing the video!
Wow! Awesome! Great performance and interpretation. Superb Duet: Guitar & Violin and great collaboration! My congratulations #77. Thank you, have a good Sunday, Take care of yourself
You WILL Always make me Proud to Be A Singaporean Having to SAY, great players, HAS the Qualities & REAL SURE before putting into TH-cam....Some Just too THick Thicker that the Highway Road Layer the skin. I've started Since 11 till Now 60 yrs.... still Very Very Very Very low .... No TH-cam even though Friends & Pupils on the Street. Some Just Rock & NO OTHERs.
Despite sharing the same last name, we're not actually related! 😆 We've been called brothers or cousins a few times, but Jun Hong being my dad? That's a first! 🤣 It certainly would be awesome to have a dad with such phenomenal violin skills! Anyways, thanks for listening! 😊
