AB CrossFit Sets Test Record With 269 Reps of Thrusters and Muscle-ups in 15 Minutes

Although many tried, no team could beat AB CrossFit’s score in Team Test 2 of the 2023 North America East Semifinal.
Watch the Miami-based affiliate go up against teams like CrossFit Move Fast Lift Heavy and CrossFit Westchase, and fly through 269 reps of synchronized thrusters and muscle-ups in 15 minutes, taking the test win in Heat 3 and the overall test win across all Semifinal competitions.
