The church allowed the devil to destroy mass gospel choirs and don't even realise the cost of this. If you've been in the presence of a choir singing like this, God always shows up, the anointing is incredible and people start getting saved. It is imperative that the church wakes up and bring these God ordained ministries back to the church.

That's because when you have a relationship with Jesus it surpasses just the mind and goes to the spirit. Dementia is of the mind, not the spirit. A relationship with Him supersedes the basic and goes to the core, to the heart. It transcends this life. I have often heard my pastor say that even if he lost his competency he would still know Jesus is God. This world is temporal, fleeting at best. Building a relationship with Him is lasting.

This brings back memories of Sunday Morning in my home town church in rural Southwest Alabama! We got all dressed up for the Lord and we had a good time praising Him in gospel songs! We forgot about our troubles, hardships, injustices and we cried out and shouted all over the church for the Lord! We knew in Him we had and still have our being!
Same . I grew up in upstate New York church folks there used to carry on the same way . It wakes you right up and makes you glad to experience another day of whatever .
My grandfather and I would listen to Mississippi Mass Choir each morning getting ready for church. He recently passed, but I can still hear us talking about the Lord, listening and praising the Lord on Sunday mornings. This is what the old saints called " Precious memories."
They are rocking the gospel songs. It makes you dance like David did. Hallelujah. The little girl in the white dress, praising the Lord at an early age. Good job parents.

My dad experience the same we both sung in choir he would visit a church that knew he was a singer and at 86 their Pastor would ask to stand (he was on a walker) and sing a few verses of song. That stuff is hard wired in their minds Don't stop doing that (my dad live another 1and One half ) Those songs bring a since of peace to them It something to see them reminding them of old times You are doing a mighty work now You won't regret it

A s a Child of YAH who happens to be "a black person" we are spiritual beings...yet like all fallen men/women we too disobey Yah. PraiZing is beautiful, the Word says even better is obedience. Yet we still are in bondage because of the sin of disobedience. It's prophecied in Isaiah. Cant keep blaming others when Yah himself told the punishment of our people because of idol worship. This continued failure to turn from to our own vices and our idols keep generations stumbling around in the dark like all fallen men & women who choose to Praize how we want, worship other gods and still murmur at Yah when we feel oppressed, the oppression is a result of sins disconnecting us from a Holy God. I pray our PraiZe is birth from Truth, the Word and Yah who is LOVE. Love for obedience for Yah and repentance from sin. What a blessing to have grown up with this old time gospel music. It always brought you home. When I'm traveling I take my CD's with me. It's too bad the "night club" gospel is so empty. I believe they call it contemporary. I can't get anything out of it. Old time gospel lights up my soul with hope love and joy. You get a wonderful message while listening to it. Praise God Almighty.

This continued failure to turn from to our own vices and our idols keep generations stumbling around in the dark like all fallen men & women who choose to Praize how we want, worship other gods and still murmur at Yah when we feel oppressed, the oppression is a result of sins disconnecting us from a Holy God. I pray our PraiZe is birth from Truth, the Word and Yah who is LOVE. Love for obedience for Yah and repentance from sin. We don't want to have the word on our lips and our hearts be far from Him.❤This is an AWESOME PRAIZE.. I PLAY MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY. Keeping my spirits up until this war is over. 🎉🎉🎉HalleluYah

What a blessing to have grown up with this old time gospel music. It always brought you home. When I'm traveling I take my CD's with me. It's too bad the "night club" gospel is so empty. I believe they call it contemporary. I can't get anything out of it. Old time gospel lights up my soul with hope love and joy. You get a wonderful message while listening to it. Praise God Almighty.
