    I have what I think to be a complete break through for getting a low blood pressure reading…. Bring someone you trust or love like your family to the appointment or store where you’re getting tested…I tested high at Walgreens then got home with my family tested and immediately had 117/88 vs Walgreens 141/100 so I went back with my family and tested 120/84 bingo it’s like separation anxiety I don’t know but it worked…obviously exercise and decrease caffeine sodium… UPDATE: September 6,2021- Cut Out Milk Except For Maybe 1-2 Days Per Week This Is Likely Causing The High Blood Pressure It Worked Magic On Me And Helped Lose Weight Before This I kept The Weight Although I ran 8-13 miles so Cut The Regular Milk Limit Intake. I eat cereal right out of box and drink water separately as if I’m eating chips and drink water Same thing…

    I'm 19 years old and I have high blood pressure...everything turns upside down for me since lockdown...I first checked randomly my b.p on 2020 and it was high..since then it's been high...2020 was the worst thing that happened to me I was very anxious ..psychological things and I suffered a lot n stuff ..I think that is the one that causes me high blood pressure... I checked everything if it's a secondary hypertension but all the tests came fine...I workout 4 or 5 days a week...don't smoke, drink nothing..so it's most likely primary hypertension which sucks... anyways if u came all here reading it..thanks love you all.... if u have a same story like me pls share🖤

  • @Peppermint1

    I suggest not sleeping on the side if you have high bp. Subclavicular artery gets compressed
    Also, high blood pressure can be the result of kidney malfunction. Weak kidneys are affected by food oxalate, sodium and potassium which result in blood pressure spike

    This video doesn't seem to understand that what regulates blood pressure are the arterioles. They are mini arteries that dilate and constrict helping to reduce the pulsatility of blood, ensuring a steady and consistent supply of blood platelets and other essential components to the tissues in capillary beds. Arterial pressure is always reduced by the arterioles to reduce pulsatility. Also, pulse oximetry is a better test used to measure the oxygen level in the tissue. Blood pressure does not measure the oxygen level of the tissue fed by the capillary beds.😉

    I'm 21 and I've had my pressure high for about a month now. The systolic number isn't so high usually only goes up to 137 but the diastolic goes up to like 108. I've been feeling frequent pain in my chest, fast heart rate, strong pressure like headaches most often on left side of head, Dizziness, nausea, I find it hard to breath as well. I've also noticed I snore often in my sleep and wake up gasping for air as if I was being suffocated. I went to the ER and they said I'm fine just have anxiety and to go home. "I'm not anxious". I can't take it anymore I feel this everyday now I feel like my body is gonna give up on me soon I'm so young and I'm healthy according to the "bloodwork" and ekg.

      Be more persistent with your healthcare providers! Symptoms like these at young age are rare and could point towards congenital disorders (like hypertrophic cardiomyopathy). Not saying that it's this my knowledge is fairly limited, but you should really press on doctors for further testing outside of blood test and ECG to exclude worse. Shortness of breath can be a sign that the left side of your heart isn't working properly, which causes fluid retention in the lungs, thus so hypoxia. I can't help you much more than this, but wish you the best

      The cardiologist may want to take an EKG test.

      Do whatever your cardiologist is asking to do as hypertension can cause serious complications

      Yes u could get a stroke what you neeed to do as soon as possible is stop eating meat stop eating oils sto eating added salts the best option for you is to do. A 7 day water fast only that’s what will lower ur blood pressure safely

I exercise 4 or 5 days a week I have a healthy weight , I dont smoke , drink..nothing ....but idk why it's so high ... I also got checked everything if it's a secondary hypertension but all the tests came fine so most likely I have a primary hypertension which sucks...anyways thanks for sharing brother love ya!

    Most of Cambodian elders have high blood pressure. High blood pressure is one of the biggest and growing silent killers in Cambodia. It is the most common disease in Cambodia. But 3/4 of the patients don't get the proper treatment.

    • @mujaku
      @mujaku 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      A lot of the information put out is done by big Pharma ($$$) and most of it is bunk. Your body naturally reduces the arterial blood pressure by way of the arterioles. Arterial pressure is always fluctuating. The role of the arterioles is to reduce this pulsing into a steady nonfluctuating stream of blood platelets to feed the capillary beds. The Cambodian elders have what is called ISH that is, isolated systolic hypertension. Don't worry about it it's due to old age-the real silent killer. Homage to the Buddha!
