Where can I find information on how to create an array of wind turbines, and how to wire together, and what charge controller can manage multiple wind turbines?
Don't invent anything new, they do not get wired together as they are all sources, not loads. Their common connection point is the battery storage system with charge controllers. When the batteries are full the excess power is sold or dumped to ground and the wind turbines skew sideways to wind so they stop generating until needed.

Can not help you with this question. I know only single solutions, one turbine and one charge controller.

What do you recommend for 2kw need near a sea side there is enough wind but which turbine
the VAWT that i just drew on this napkin works WITHOUT wind
... and will be 90% cheaper than HAWT ;-)
