Bought the bandwidth miner it worked for alst then a month and powers off after 30 seconds tried other power supplies it doesnt work....i got screwed by this miner period

I ordered the outdoor decibel miner a few months back. The PC came in last month with no decibel mic and it has taken me another month to create multiple tickets with the fry foundation two months after receiving the miner I am still waiting on the mic so I have it sitting on a shelf. Today I received another email telling me that they are searching for the tracking number. I can honestly say this has not been a good experience as of yet. Not even to mention that I've had to reregister the devices I currently have running to even receive a payout. On the defense of the project, they are still learning and building a foundation but I don't think they should be releasing so many new miners if they haven't perfected the ones they currently have yet.
