Just tried your technique from the last video on Isiah’s channel on one foot jump technique and this was the first time I could effortlessly do the toe drag. I’m a natural one foot jumper but my off leg would always curl up like a speed jump but I also wanted to work on my power jump so thanks for the tips! Really helpful!
Hey John I am a one foot jumper and I compared my jump form to one of the greatest one foot jumpers Nick Briz and Yi Jinhong. I jump with my left leg and as soon as I take off with my left leg, my right leg always drag the ground. And nick and Jinhong doesn't do that. So I just wonder that if I fix this problem which is dragging my right leg to the ground, can I jump more vertically higher? John, I have also a lot of my jump on my channel so if you could watch and give some feedback, it will be very honored
